We generate concise written reports about the presence or absence of errors of omission or commission, proper or improper utilization of medical care and other peer issues.

We provide state-of-the-art bibliographical references and hard copy to back all report conclusions.

The Legal Medicine Group, LLC also assists individuals to access expert licensed practitioners for treatment as well as expert attorneys for legal representation.

Consultant Services Menu:

1. The Legal Medicine Consultation with Medical Records Review - this is our basic service. We provide you with a concise summary of a medical record for standard of care or other issues pertaining to the  presence or absence of deviation from a local standard of medical care. 

2. The Medical Record & Case Review with Report - this is our core business. We offer a categorized, cataloged and highlighted review with detailed report of findings.

3. The Advanced Medical Records Review with Advanced Report. Our highest level of service. This is our trial preparation service including full bibliographic evidentiary documentation and hard copy references.

4. The Advanced Consultation Services including

Strategic legal team education. Trial preparation including: medical-surgical and other technical presentations to educate attorneys, expert witness identification, expert witness briefing and other trial preparation.

5. Medical and Legal consultation and treatment referral assistance for:

Personal injury victims (plaintiff attorney locator - free service). Treating physician or surgeon locator (free service) and other consultations.

Fees are based of billable time (rounded to the next tenth of an hour) under routine service retainer agreement.

Our fees are competitive and often negotiable based on specifics of the job requested.
